Terrence Marshall was the mayor of St. George, Utah.

History[]

Marshall was elected mayor of St. George by the time of the Korean occupation of America. When St. George was invaded, members of the Korean People's Army brought him in for questioning. They asked him if he knew of any resistance movements in or near St. George, to which Marshall replied that he didn't. To coerce him into staying in line, the Koreans cut off his left pinky-finger and released him.

On February 6, 2026, Marshall welcomed a group of survivors from the Las Vegas bombing. He even introduced himself to Ben Walker and Kelsie Wilcox, the leaders of the group. After some conversation, he offered the couple to stay in a spare room at his home.
