San Diego is a major city in Southern California that is not very far from the Mexican border and city of Tijuana.
History
When the KPA invaded and took over the western half of the United States, the Greater Korean Republic set up military headquarters for the whole occupied territory in San Diego, at some point they set up a naval blockade around the city. In 2027, during the Battle of San Francisco, five US Navy destroyers broke through the blockade. After they broke through, the USS John Paul Jones and Milius were ordered to help these ships in securing the bay.[1]
