Sergeant Keyes is a American soldier of the 185th Armor Regiment in 2027.[1]
History
Keyes takes part in the Battle of San Francisco, along with Connor Morgan, Robert Jacobs, he and several other soldiers assault the KPA controlled Lime Point Lighthouse under the Golden Gate Bridge. After securing the first area he orders Pvt. Hernandez to open the gate allowing them to advance. Some of the soldiers go on ahead when they are ambushed by a KPA tank. After Jacobs destroys the tank he orders troops to set up new CP in the quad. He makes it up the bridge with his men, after Connor and Jacobs make it up the bridge and help secure a foot hold on the bridge, he orders the lead tank to break down the gate in front of them, the tank however is destroyed immediately after it knocks over the gate by KPA RPG teams. He informs Warpath of loss of lead tank and orders people on top of the truck to take out the KPA soldiers. Once the RPG soldiers are killed, he orders the convoy forward.
Soon two KPA Sentry towers activate and an enemy helicopter moves in and starts strafing the American troops, on its first run it knocks Jacobs off the Bridge. Jacobs however survives, and after moving along the underdeck of the Bridge climbs back up to the deck behind the Sentry towers and KPA soldiers and takes them all out. He orders someone to take out the enemy helicopter that's still attacking, Jacobs grabs a AAWS-M Launcher and destroys it. Keyes congratulates Jacobs on taking out the enemy helicopter. After successfully taking the enemy AA guns he orders defensive positions when he learns of enemy reinforcements moving on the AA guns. Hopper says he can rewire the AA guns to recognize American aircraft as friendly Keyes gives Hopper 2 minutes to hack the AA guns or he is going to blow them up. Hopper is able to rewire the AA and the American forces are able to hold off the KPA reinforcements and move on down the Bridge.
