The QR Code is an easter egg intended to be scanned by mobile devices to open websites.
The first QR Code is seen on the Missing Persons Wall in the Montrose Labor Camp during Freedom. The player can take out their smartphone, scan the screen the game is on, and the QR code that is scanned will open them to a "goodie" website. The QR Code on the Missing Persons Wall opens a site to download two wallpapers from, and watch a video that shows a bulletin of the Knoxville Cough.
