Less recoil when aiming down sight.
Increased explosive damage. Boomer is also better then blastwave and really better then damage from blastwave makes more kills then blast wave.
Large drone explosion on death.
Extra special grenades.
Increased blast radius from explosives.
Faster health regeneration.
Enemy gamertag appears when shot.
Allows the player to do more damage to EMP'd vehicles.
Reduces the cook time on grenades.
Invisible on thermal views and airstrike sensors.
Longer vehicle sprint times.

Faster reload and cooldown for vehicle weapons.
Shorter EMP durations.
Faster cooldown for missile defense.
Increased vehicle damage.
Auto-Eject on vehicle destruction. (If the vehicle is destroyed, the player will be ejected out with no damage done to themselves)
Slow vehicle repair. (If not under fire, the vehicle will repair the damage done on its self slowly)
